Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- The item(s) must be in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that returns can only be processed for products purchased through our official websiteat Integra Foods.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened products (due to health and safety regulations).
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
How to Return Your Order
If you wish to return an item:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will send you instructions on how to return your item(s).
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged items). Please retain a proof of postage when returning your items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Send photos of the damaged or defective product(s) along with your order number to [email protected].
We will provide a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item(s). You can return the original item following our Returns procedure and request a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. For any exchanges or defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost.
